References to Medicaid programs are provided to describe potential populations, funding arrangements, contracting opportunities, or services that Grandeur Estate may pursue.

Medicaid-funded services will only be provided or billed when Grandeur Estate has satisfied the applicable provider enrollment, contracting, authorization, credentialing, and program requirements.

Use of the Grandeur Estate website does not determine Medicaid eligibility or create a right to Medicaid reimbursement.
